Today while the year 7's were at tech, the year 6's and I made fresh spring rolls, for the last 2 weeks on Friday mornings we have been learning about nutrition and the 6 things we need to keep us going, Vitamins, Minerals, Carbs, Fats + Oils, Protein and most of all WATER!!
We made fresh spring rolls because they are healthier than deep-fried, deep-fried spring rolls are cooked in oil which makes them greasy.
Hi Ella I like your blog post but next time couled you please typ how we made them so if some one see's your blog then they can be like I woun't to make these kind of spring roll's and also say there realy healfy because it is not deep fried and add a caption please
